Driving Impact: Wellness and HIV Screening Across South Africa 

As part of Global Fund–funded prevalence studies, HCF has played a pivotal role in conducting wellness and HIV screenings across selected groups and regions in South Africa. 

At the heart of this initiative is HCF, a powerful, cloud-based software solution that streamlines patient data collection in real time. Using mobile or web applications, healthcare professionals efficiently capture patient questionnaires, medical history, and examination results on-site. 

Through a seamless digital workflow, vitals and point-of-care tests—including HIV and glucose screenings—are recorded directly into the system. All data is securely stored in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), ensuring controlled access for different user roles while maintaining strict data security protocols. 

With real-time data accessibility, comprehensive reporting, and advanced statistical analysis, funders receive accurate insights into screening outcomes. This digital approach enhances decision-making, improves efficiency, and strengthens the fight against HIV by leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive meaningful healthcare interventions.
