Onboarding is tailored to user roles, focusing on specific software applications and required competencies.

Our Support Team offers multi-channel assistance including telephonic support, remote access via TeamViewer, live chat and ticketing through Zendesk, and onsite visits where needed. Support tickets can be submitted 24/7, with additional access via our WhatsApp account. Comprehensive training manuals and quick reference guides are also provided to reinforce learning.
