Integrated CAD AI Solution
HCF integrates Nexus AI CXR, a CE MDR Class IIb certified medical device designed to support clinical interpretation of chest X-rays. It analyses chest X-rays and indicates any findings that are not consistent with a normal lung field, including findings suggestive of tuberculosis (TB).
Developed in collaboration with Google, independently validated by the Stop TB Partnership and published in The Lancet Digital Health, Nexus AI CXR runs two models in parallel on every chest X-ray - Normal and TB - delivering results in under 45 seconds, auto-populated into the HCF EHR.

CloudX Radiology Reporting
HCF provides a seamless and integrated solution, within a single platform, for radiological reporting on X-Ray studies which can be done prospectively and retrospectively, powered by CloudX, our dedicated teleradiology and imaging orchestration platform.
All reporting data is digitally captured which allows for automated digital radiologist workflow, case management and clinical reporting.

Our PACS archive provides effective management and secure storage of DICOM & clinical information integrated with the EHR and provides a radiological reporting platform when the reporting radiologist or medical officer is remotely located.

Tele Medicine
HCF integrates advanced telehealth capabilities to enable remote consultations and support real-time medical assessments and expert guidance, with patients able to request immediate attention or schedule consultations at their convenience.
Multimedia functionality allows users to upload images and voice notes, giving healthcare providers valuable clinical context ahead of each interaction. Virtual consultations offer live, interactive sessions that replicate the personal connection of in-person visits.
All digital documents, including prescriptions, sick notes, and referral letters, are securely generated and shared via the app or email. A secure digital cabinet stores the complete consultation history and associated documents, ensuring patients have easy access to their medical records whenever needed.
