Selected Lesotho residents from various districts underwent radiology lung screening for TB as part of Global Fund and USAID funded prevalence studies (URC, Lesotho), with HCF providing comprehensive patient data management and reporting.
HCF, a comprehensive cloud-based software solution, captures the patient’s data provided through questionnaires as well as the radiology images (DICOM) into the EMR, providing a full overview of the patient’s history, symptoms and X-Ray results. The radiologist, based offsite, views the patient’s history and X-Ray online and completes the findings, thus creating a digital electronically signed report which can be shared or distributed electronically to authorised parties.
Comprehensive reports and statistical analysis are provided to the funders as all information is digitally captured. These reports can be customised to the client’s specifications.
